Why I brought Cera+ to Australia
I'm not a gear collector who leaves things in the box. I spend a lot of my life off the beaten track — 4WD trails, track days, out on the boat, chasing the next adventure — and a good coffee is part of how I do it.
I'd tried plenty of "portable" coffee gadgets. Most are a compromise. Then I started using Cera+ — the machine, the grinder, and the stand — and it just kept impressing me. Real pressure, real espresso, shot after shot, wherever I was. I use it constantly, and I'm genuinely proud of what it produces.
